Hercules Finger Joint (HFJ)
HERCULES Finger Joints (HFJ) are engineered to meet the demands of heavy-duty applications requiring large movement capacity. Widely adopted as a standard solution by design authorities and government agencies worldwide, HFJs are recognized for their low maintenance requirements and ease of upkeep.
The proven “Built-To-Last” design of HERCULES Finger Joints has earned international recognition, with successful installations in thousands of projects across the globe. Their continued popularity is driven by superior riding comfort, watertight reliability, and long-term performance with minimal maintenance.
Enhanced secondary watertightness, a stainless steel gutter system complete with downpipe can be incorporated into the design.
Performance testing and verification are carried out at the i-Lab Testing and Research Center, an ISO 17025:2017-accredited facility equipped with advanced testing capabilities. The testing laboratory conducts Fatigue Cyclic Load tests to assess the performance and durability of the joint system, with particular focus on critical welded connections.
HERCULES’s team of qualified and experienced engineers and technicians is also available to provide site supervision during the installation of finger joints, ensuring proper handling, alignment, and optimal on-site performance.
