Laboratory Testing & Calibration
In order to verify the mechanical and physical properties, the Hercules structural & mechanical engineering devices are tested at our testing facility, HERCULES i-Lab Testing & Research Centre (i-LabTRC) which is accredited by Skim Akreditasi Makmal Malaysia (SAMM) to MS ISO/IEC 17025 “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories”.
HERCULES Load Performance Testing Machine has a maximum vertical load capacity of 50,000 kN and maximum horizontal load capacity of 5,000 kN. The Uplift Load Test combined with rotation as well as the short and long term coefficient of friction tests are also possible. We are also in the position to perform full material properties tests on rubber material. Hercules Digital Test Machine coupled with actuators and accumulators allow dynamic load tests to be performed to EN 15129 with calibrated hydraulic equipment and load cells.
