HERCULES Post Tensioning System

HERCULES Post-Tensioning System complies with the design requirements of major international standards, including European EN–ETAG 013, AASHTO LRFD-10, and recommendations from the Fédération Internationale du Béton (FIB) and the Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI).

HERCULES offers engineered solutions for a wide range of structural applications and construction methods, including precast and cast-in-situ post-tensioned beams, box girder segments, voided slabs, flat slabs, and transfer plates commonly used in high-rise buildings and infrastructure projects.

Operated by HERCULES, the i-Lab Testing and Research Centre (i-Lab TRC) is accredited under ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and fully qualified to conduct testing on post-tensioning bearing plates, anchors, and bars. The scope includes Static Load Tests, Fatigue Tests, and Load Transfer Tests in accordance with BS EN 13391:2004, Clauses 4.2.1 to 4.3.2.

HERCULES also has the expertise and infrastructure to carry out essential testing on galvanized iron coil ducts, with a focus on bending strength and flexibility, which are critical for structural performance in post-tensioning systems.
